and reading the “opinions” & interpretations, ..the comments section on U tube were favourable, but “critics” seek to force their opinions, on the reader/viewer, “these” remind me of teachers, they are like “pundits” ..Football “reporters” used to REPORT the game, GOOD commentators would merely (on radio at least) attempt to convey the TRUE scene, which player has the ball, who he passed to, who tackled, who scored or saved & their names…
but “everyone” wants their (Warhole) 15 minutes of fame..to be come a “celebrity” on the back of another… a cutting example is the “extras” comedy series… I don’t know if LAWRENCE was “Gaye” … I had a Girlfriend when I was young, he name is Gaye, *Gay Martin” to be exact, what fun these idiots could make of that if they were reviewing “the Anti-ChRiS in Monty Land” …
The story of Lawrence if the FILM is accurate in his personality, could be comparable. To my own..

i) Regardless of the validity of this claim, that given that your client sent TEN emails; to the managers of his recent branch (HN) branch on Pg where the error occurred, and "info@" plus a few direct employees plus OTP, (who ended up referring the customer to the complaint link) after ONE month… is SHAMEFUL!
ii) Is there someone responsible for "customer relations" at CKB? Because even if you reject the lawsuit, isn't anyone OBLIGED to respond, even in the negative, after ONE MONTH? Your client even MANUALLY delivered this complaint to 3 branches of CKB AND RECORDED the place to the manager at Novak Miloševa 6-14, str! (in Serbian and English)
iii) We can understand your mistake, the young cashier who clearly doesn't speak English was misunderstood, but THAT was handed over to the manager, who was supervising, and was clearly told (and VERBALLY repeated to him) "please transfer all £2000 (GBP) to my visa account.” The girl made a simple bureaucratic mistake, forgivable, she transferred 2000 euros _and probably added everything that was in the international account in euros. (36 euros?) at the time.
iv) We accept that your client could have checked before leaving the branch but had to catch a train, lives in a mountainous area and transport is rare,
c) He had already made one previous lost trip (19th August) when he was WRONGLY informed that the GBP transfer had NOT arrived, he was relieved and paid less attention to your cashier's actual transaction
Your CLIENT suffered bureaucratic changes in your bank, but this MISTAKE is YOURS! So, do we TRUST the INTEGRITY of your bank, to transfer the balance, an additional 300+ euros to his VISA account, NOW!? or will we take this to the Minister of Finance of Montenegro and include it in the appeal to the petition in the EU Parliament/ECHR?
