freezing the slush & remaining snow & turning it intio skippery ice, locals make only token attempt to clear the downtown pavements ..,, the selfish, CARELESS property owners only clear a metre of pathway outside their premises to allow acces to their cars *usually parked on pavements!
the first time since several years ago in Podgarica a local driver stopped , it was freezing even in the mid-day sun, to offer me a "private taxi" at 1 euro.. I took it...THERE is NO PUBLIC transport here, at any time!

I AM “disgusted” by “dirty tricks” applied by “legal and general assurance society” staff.. after 20 years.. of recipts, and a total of about 40 years as their “client” (customer ) and 10 years with CKB; this is the world the public have allowed..
………. I have taken on board , along with the F & U initiatives of what became my /oour “Montenegro Mission” to accumulate plaints. I had already suffered several times from various property violations forcing evictions NO LESS THAN 5 times through NO fault of mine, other than to TRUST, one of which WAS during the “lockdown farce”..by their “policeman”.
NOT least costing ME /F & u n.g.o. financially & losing <STOLEN> emotional souvenirs, such as MY deceased wife’s picture. And numerous irreplaceable souvenirs, clothing & furniture…AND vital documents, claim dossiers INCLUDING MY birth, marriage & her death certificate (of wife Jacqui)
The main bankers <CKB> who had previously handled this account “normally” , I would identify himself, (for example to manager Rubezic) often with just a normal bank card or to other staff with international driving licence, even after my passport apparently was lost/damaged/stolen..by THEIR “policemen”. Managers Mracevic/Rubezic coldly informed ME that they would no longer release monies without a NEW passport. (Despite of my exceptional circumstances)
I previously had a passport extension prior to “CORONA”…and 10 years before, had decided to invest MY/F & U time, energy & resources into the Montenegrin community, supporting humanitarian issues, offered free ecologistic courses, forming & supporting or sponsoring local kids soccer schools , managing a successful “cadet football Team” & rescuing a girls “(judo) “Dojo”.. from my limited budget! I HAD NOT needed or wanted to travel.
And..due to either the pathetic postal system or the theft of my briefcase <I had since 40 years!>& those vital documents could not renew a passport , even THOUGH I DO NOT want to!

… L and G are puppets of the USAcorp/UK regime & their destructive govt..and I propose DID DELIBERATELY DELAY a FUND transfer normally expected on the 18th February…
The “L & G complaints dept” eventually, replied with excuses, but then on the next quarter payment <may 18th ,I could not know about because there was national holiday until the 23rd May, my birthday, a big one> the transfer was “frozen” by CKB… as the puppet govt now insisted on NEW passports & CKB OBEYED the new protocol after TEN years as a client of that bank. Initially CKB management simply ignored my “problem”.
when I REALISED “CITIBANK” a USAcorp business I AM publicly critical of, were the intermediate bank between UK & Montenegro…the scene started to STINK!
Immediately in contact with L & G staff , I requested they cancel & withdraw that transfer,(to make ANOTHER payment arrangement suitable tio myself”…) and continued with this claim from June through August, REPEATEDLY telling L & G NOT to transfer to CKB.
THIS “request” became a DEMAND due to my circumstances in Montenegro; AS on the 23rd / 24th July of this year , even though rental was paid IN ADVANCE was evicted during my ABSENCE from his rented apartment at the coast… the “Landlord” being another bent state attorney and the enforcement & THEFT by 2 anonymous policemen who, with said attorney had attempted to force entry the previous night.. without legal NOTICE or any “warning”.
I and “1team” REPEATED MY DEMAND SEVERAL TIMES that L and G reclaim the transfer OF 18th MAY 2o23, and halt any transfers to CKB. To the “usual suspects” at L & G between June & August repeated the message by email to SEVERAL of the staff of L and G… “DO NOT transfer to CKB” and made enquires with & without them about other forms of transfer such as W U or via the consulate..
Shortly after the next expected transfer , on Saturday 19th August 2023, I made a SIX hour round trip trek, from the mountain region, to collect the next payment (having sent the details of the post office receiving WU transfers to L & G staff prior , TWICE) in Podgorica , the day after NOT receiving a phone call from L & G staff that I had requested at a cheap motel I stopped at. That Friday, I sat by the phone in the reception for 3 hours.
As I had been moving around attempting to find cheap accommodation or even Red + assistance during this holiday season, (the Podgorica Red + staff went to the beach) when not only are rentals at their VERY highest, the market had been inflated by a NEW wave of western tourists, AND over 30,000 Ukrainian “refugees” being sponsored assisted by the MNE govt, (EU /USA supported) with homes & jobs. At the dismay of many locals....too!
The staff at WU receiver post office in capital Podgorica said, no transfer here, (“you need a code from UK”)
I then went …the newAly employed teller <I “knew “Simona from before> at CKB who said there was NO TRNSFER at CKB, so supposed that L & G had found an alternative method, and returned to the mountains to wait for news, desperately, although I was out of contact much of the time in the Montenegrin mountain area, without proper wi-fi connection..
Another 6 hour trek went to Podgorica again, several days later, and checking emails READ that L & G staff (Sian SMITH) RIDICULOUSLY claimed that “they had not been able to stop the transfer to CKB” <DESPITE several emails being acknowledged by their staff! To the contrary>: L & G were told HOW DESTRUCTIVE that was/is to my situation!
Assistance via email, in the absence of any other aid, from ANYONE, remote “1team” came in aggressive form COMPLAINING to L & G about their FAILURE! , and there have been several “exchanges” between “1Team” <email “friends” via proton.me> demanding not only apologies but to RECTIFY, to re-pay the amounts & offer COMPENSATION..
I already HAVE lodged a LIST complaints Versus MNE/UK at both at the ECHR, <despite the Uk’s stance) , the UN, & “1team” ALSO copied to various human right orgs via email and the financial ombudsman..
What has been the REACTION, from L & G??
After debating the matter with “1TEAM” they re-send an irrelevant mail to 1Team repeating a mail sent to ME, from June!! ..AND now “1TEAM” are informed that they are “not recognised” by their “automated response system”
YOU in the press & social media SHOULD BE “DISGUSTED”. I feel my own proposal was better to keep the forward line to start this, which finished the game on top at arse nal, and a better balance with Jarell on the left side of a back 3 (I noticed Joe DID play a hybrid version of DM in the 2nd half at Anfield.. v fALL-ham) and play Harv, as left wing half, instead of Joe
It doesn’t matter so much if Darwin doesn’t score if he continues to scare opposing defenders & create chances plus Leno, their GK made some fantastic saves as does almost every GK that comes to Anfield..
